The following list highlights Eliza's work history. Each role and project has been an important factor in their pursuit of a successful audio-centric career, contributing something unique to their personal and professional development. September 2017 - Present

SOUND RECORDIST

  • Self-led and managed entire on-location and in-studio audio recording for commercial, short-film and series-length shoots.

  • Managed inventory, documentation and operation of sound equipment independently, including Boom microphone operation and monitoring sound levels on Zoom h6, and F8N recorders.

  • Observed protocols to obtain clean and industry-ready sound.

  • Organised documentation of sound sheets and equipment, ensuring ease of editing in post-production

SOUND DESIGN AND COMPOSITION

  • Developed strengths across various digital audio workstations, including Pro Tools Ultimate, Logic X, and Adobe Audition.

  • Exercised diligence and a keen eye for detail in editing audio to present  clean and useable dialogue for clients.

  • Facilitated recording sessions for ADR and voice-over for film and animation.

  • Created and remixed original background and theme music for podcasts.

  • Produced short-form podcast and interview content for radio and social media at 2RRR 88.5FM. Featured as a producer on Student Shorts: Short Advice' segment 2021.

A&R MANAGER @ 450 RECORDS UTS

A Record Label, 450 Records, was created for a UTS Subject in which I took on the role 'A&R manager for artist 'DHRUV'

​

  • Organized collaborations between the Artist and external composers.

  • Proposed Social media strategies for 450 Records launch event promotion.

  • Structured and created an Artist development timeline.

  • Scheduled meetings between session musicians, recording engineers, and the Artist.

  • Created a social media, and distribution biography for the Artist. 

June 2021 - January 2022

MUSIC AND SOCIAL MEDIA CREATOR @ 2RRR 88.5FM

  • Sourced and interviewed unsigned artists from Sydney for promotion on social media platforms.

  • Produced multimedia content including podcasts, promotional images, design templates and audio signatures across Instagram, Facebook, and on-air.

  • Edited Podcast-length interviews for distribution on social media.

  • Maintained extensive show notes to refer to in post production.
    Wrote copy and scripts, and designed promotional images for Artists via. Adobe Photoshop.

  • Increased visibility of posts on Instagram by cross-promoting content on Facebook and through Instagram stories.

'Best Sound' in 2018 Blue Shorts Film Festival for Voyager  (Dir. Angus Whalan).

MUSIC STATE-RANKING

1st in Class for Music at Newtown High School of the Performing Arts, and
8th place in Music 1 in NSW 2015 HSC.
